Simply being located on the campus at King College allows our students exposure to a wide array of cultural events and a broadened perspective of the world.

Academy Sports

Our sports program currently includes:

• Basketball
• Cross-Country
• Tennis
• Swimming
• Golf

Student interest will determine what additional sports will be offered in the 2012-2013 academic year.

Travel, Field Trips and Seminars

As part of an integrated curriculum, our entire student body is invited to travel abroad annually. These exciting experiences inspire students, piquing their curiosity about global issues and various world views. Previous destinations have included New York City, Italy, France, London and China.

We also have seminar periods built into our academic schedule. These are regular blocks of time during which field trips are conducted or guest lecturers, experts and community leaders deliver outstanding insights. Topics have ranged from adventures in Antarctica and the Sudanese conflict to lectures on pottery and Native American heritage and culture.
